Job Description:
Sunbeam Window Cleaning is seeking a motivated and reliable General Assistant to join our growing team. This role involves hands-on work supporting various cleaning services, including window cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, and soft washing. You will work alongside the owner or independently, depending on your proficiency, to help maintain both residential and commercial properties. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with window cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, and soft washing services
- Work independently on assigned tasks if trained and experienced
- Maintain tools, equipment, and supplies for each job
- Provide excellent customer service and represent Sunbeam professionally
- Ensure safety protocols are followed on every job site
- Help with job site preparation and cleanup
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience with property maintenance services (preferred but not required)
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physical ability to lift 30+ lbs and perform labor-intensive tasks
